Notes:

Only truly exceptional submissions will receive 19.5-20 points

Above average submissions should receive 18-19.5 points

Satisfactory (or average) submissions should receive 16-17.5 points

Poor (including late) submissions should fall below 16 points

Late submissions receive automatic 4 point deduction if more than 48 hrs late (smaller deductions may be considered for submissions late but within 48 hrs)
