Formatting Instructions and Forms:
Congratulations! Now that you have
successfully defended your thesis/dissertation, the
formatting of your document is the final step prior
to submission of your thesis/dissertation to the Graduate
College (MS and PhD students)/School of Public Health
(DrPh students). Instructions and forms for the process
of submission of your document for each degree are listed
below.
In addition, the Dean's Office provides seminars (once in the Fall and Spring semesters) on how to reduce formatting errors in your thesis/dissertation. Attached is the presentation that was presented this semester along with a table of contents template that you can easily format your table of contents.
