Car:
From the west: Exit I-74 at Glendale Avenue, milemarker 92. Proceed west (right) on Glendale Avenue past Fayette St., Hamilton Blvd. and Main St. After crossing the Glendale Avenue and Main St. intersection turn north (right) at the first opportunity. Proceed to the UIC College of Medicine at Peoria campus. Park in the visitors parking lot and enter through main doors on the south side of the building.

From the east: Exit I-74 at Jefferson Street, milemarker 93A. Proceed west (left) on Jefferson Street past Fayette St. and Hamilton Blvd. to Main St. At Main St. turn north (right), proceed past Madison St., Monroe St., Perry St. to Glendale Avenue. Prepare to turn left (west) onto Glendale Avenue at the intersection of Main St. and Glendale Avenue. On Glendale Avenue, turn north (right) at the first opportunity. Proceed to the UIC College of Medicine at Peoria campus. Park in the visitors parking lot and enter through main doors on the south side of the building.
